I have created few story context fields unit test issue, code review issue, which will be assigned to different assignee's.

I need to count the total of the same. How do i do it?
How do i sum number of story's assigned per assignee?

I need to get a report as below:

Assignee, Summary , Assigned Stories, completed stories,total code review issue, total unit test issues.

Although not everything is clear, but it looks like that these simple requirements can be solved by using the 1D Report and 2D Report gadgets and feeding those with some manually crafted JQL queries.

It doesn't look difficult, read the sections in the Jira user docs.
