Does the JIRA logs say anything while the issue collector form is loading? And is the project having components?

Hi Craig,

In this case, can you check the following information?

  1. May I know which browser that use currently? Can you try other browser?
  2. Did you used any proxy connection? Please verify this with your network admin.
  3. If you using other base url, can you try to use local ip address and test in staging environment?
  4. Please use firebug (Mozilla) or Inspect Element (Chrome) to check any error happen after click on the component list?

Regards,

John Chin

Same problem here:

When clicking Component Drowp Down Chrome Console says:  "Uncaught TypeError: Cannot read property 'left' of null"

Jira Version 7.5.0, Confluence 6.2.3

(issue Collector is embedded on Confluence)

No proxy. IE 11 does not show Issue Collector at all.

:(
