What are you trying to accomplish with your query? As is all you are going to get back is a single epic if anything.

I think the name of the epic should be between quotation marks and type should be issuetype

fixVersion = An08.01.06 AND issuetype = Epic AND "Epic Name" = "Customer Backlog Reduction An08.0.1.06"

also, if an issue has epic name it has to be an epic so that part of the query sounds redundant and if you don't have various epipcs with the same name the fixversion part could be also redundant.
