Hi Leah,

This plugin is not available for OnDemand.

You can check this yourself for any plugin on the marketplace, here is the gantt chart plugin : https://marketplace.atlassian.com/plugins/de.polscheit.jira.plugins.gantt

Just go to the pricing table and click on On Demand at the left side of the Table.
