We currently use Freshdesk and having some issue with ticket number since they use different ticket number. Is there way you can have same issue/ticket number for Jira Service Desk and Jira software if we moved to Jira Service Desk?
Jira Service Desk is an application that layers Service Desk functions over Jira projects.
There's no way to have different numbers! A Service Desk request has the same key as the underlying issue behind it.
