Is there are way to drag and drop the order of fields on a request screen?

I am a beginner.  I created 9 request types - all 9 request types need data entry fields (test).  I added customer fields for all the data entry items then added them to each request type.

But I do not like the order they are presented on the customer facing request form.  How do I move some fields up to the top of the form and some down to the bottom?

You should navigate to your Request Types area.

Then you can press Edit Fields, which will be a link. This area lets you define the fields in the request type. You can drag them up and down to reorder them.

Just open create screen for each issue type and order fields into requared sequence.
