Is there any way to recover a deleted test step in Zephyr for JIRA?

I mistakenly deleted some test steps from a Zephyr for JIRA test plan. I thought I had cloned the test but realized after deleting some test steps that I hadn't. Is there any way for me to recover these deleted test steps? The test details history just shows a number for the Old Value of the deleted test step, not any of the test step's information.

Hello Adam,

Unfortunately, there is no way to recover lost test steps in Zephyr for JIRA. We have already filed a feature request for advanced audit logs which shows the info about the deleted test steps, our Product Management team has been made aware of this feature request. They will review the same for consideration.

The only alternative for now to recover the test steps would be to restore your previous backup.

Regards,

Gokul
