Is there any way for somebody other than the creator of a dashboard to edit it?

I need to have someone other than the creator of the dashboard edit a text gadget. Is this possible to accomplish?

No. But, if it is a shared dashboard, an admin can change the owner to someone else. The new owner can edit the gadgets.
