Is there any way for my customers to use service desk without login?

Not really.

If you don't log in, it doesn't know who you are, so it can't tell you when your calls are updated or dealt with.  The obvious response is "well, I could type in an email address" - yes, fine, but then you might as well log in, because the system now has identity information.

Hi James,

I fully agree with Nic's answer.

However maybe by "without login" you meant "without typing a username and password". In this case you might want to use a plugin such as IWAAC Kerberos SSO:

With such plugin your users will automatically login without the hassle of authentication.
