If you don't log in, it doesn't know who you are, so it can't tell you when your calls are updated or dealt with. The obvious response is "well, I could type in an email address" - yes, fine, but then you might as well log in, because the system now has identity information.

However maybe by "without login" you meant "without typing a username and password". In this case you might want to use a plugin such as IWAAC Kerberos SSO: https://marketplace.atlassian.com/plugins/com.cleito.iwaac/server/overview
With such plugin your users will automatically login without the hassle of authentication.
