Created help portal for customers to raise their requests. But i'm figuring out for a solution so that when customer selects one request type when selecting they shouldn't get other requests options.

I am unaware of any service desk solution that allows for this. I have used ServiceNow, Zendesk, JSM and and older tool, and for a situation where the wrong form was filled in it always required manual migration.
Now if there was a situation where someone choosing a specific select list field would trigger it to go to another team then this can be done via automation, but this is not something that would be handled on the form side
