Is there any report available for service desk customers? If a manager for a department wants to know how many servicedesk requests have been submitted from his/her department? Some type of reporting will be very helpful for requesters who are submitting request tickets from a specific group.
By default, this action can't be done, but I'd suggest you to track in the following issue:
Thinking in any workaround that could cover this goal, you could try to create a subscription selecting a filter related to the Service Desk project within other preferences and schedule to send an email out to the agent where they can forward to a few customers of this SDS project.
