JIRA has a range of custom field types available, but it's up to the admins how they are used.  When you add a custom field, you have to choose a type and a "context" as well as a name.  The context determines where the field is available - project/issue-type or globally.

>I wnt to know that Is there any global cutom field present in jira?

Possibly.  Depends on what you and your other admins have added

>If it is there how can i access it ?
