Is there any alternative to view the work log data without any additional costs

Questions to ask :

1. We are seeing "This gadget cannot be displayed on your dashboard. This could be due to a licensing problem or an application error. If you need this gadget, contact your administrator for assistance. Otherwise, you can remove it from your dashboard. " message.  We do not have the license of course, but we were able to use it till yesterday.  Should we take this as 'JIRA removed the gadget from free usage?
