Is there an easy way to report on item churn in Jira?

Chris Walker October 22, 2014

I'm looking to have a report (or ideally a dashboard) that during a Sprint gives the following information:

Number of items initially allocated to the Sprint

Number of items added after Sprint Start

Number of items removed after Sprint Start

The Sprint Report in JIRA Agile should normally give you this information in a list.

Best regards,

Thanks Peter Agree that the information is in the Sprint report, but was hoping for a way of displaying this as a metric. We have a number of projects and we're trying to easily visualise churn on all projects.

Hey Chris, I don't know about a gadget or report that can do this for you out of the box. I took a quick look if you could see when the Sprint field of an issue changes using JQL but History searches are not implemented for this field. Best regards, Peter
