Is there an easy way to identify if duplicate requests were logged in a Jira ticket queue?

Hi @Andrew Mayes,

If you talking about close a issue with resolution duplicate, you can group all issues with this resolution in a new queue.

But if you talking about identify based in the summary or description, you can't do it.

Lemme know if you still have any doubts.

Lameck.

@Andrew Mayes, did it help you?
