Hi,
As Resolved is a system field and it contains the date when it resolution field is populated, is there a way we can include this field in any of our screens and put our desired date.

You can put it on screens and see it, but it's not actually a real data field, so you can't edit it. It's not really data, it's simply saying "when was the issue last resolved, according to the history" and displaying that. To "edit" that, you actually need to put different timestamps on your history, which would technically be lying.
If you need a field to do something around storing a date, use a custom field.
