We have one default e-mail address for JIRA setup. Now I would like to send customer notifications from different e-mail address then default. I like to have this setup for specific project only.

Is there a way to do this?
I would recommend using the email address that you are using on the service desk as the email channel. You can go to Project Settings -> Notifications At the top you will see Email: you can edit this to be the same as the service desk email you are using on the channel. Then emails will be from this address and it will also match the reply to address.
