Is it possible to restrict people from being able from logging hours to specific issue types? we have created an issue type that mimics billing records and is used purely for bookkeeping purposes. The team members need to be able to view them (ie - I can't restrict their access to the issue) but I need to keep them from logging hours to those particular tasks.
