We have been playing around with our jira ondemand account and would need to restore it back to it's original state before implementing it with our customers.
(not everything is working at the moment)
Is there a way to do that ?
Restoring an OnDemand instance to it's original state is a fairly simple procedure for Support, so you should open a ticket and ask that they reset it for you. However, this process is irreversible so you should ensure that there is no content you wish to keep stored in the instance before requesting Support to perform this procedure for you.
