Is there a way to make the JIRA issue collector popup window able to be moved around the screen?

When the JIRA issue collector popup window appears, it blocks the majority of the screen. Is there a way to make it to where the end user can move the popup window around their screen so they can see the information behind it? I'm told the default JIRA issue collector is being used and it can't be changed.

Hi Stacy

You need to use the JS (javascript) version, not the HTML one. You will need some JS knowledge - I handed the snippet to one of our developers and he did whatever magic was required, plus styling as per the screenshot below
