We are using JIRA Service Desk as a tool for a ticketing system, where members of our department can submit issues or requests for enhancements. We have our systems team as agents and are planning on having our operations team as customers. The process of an enhancement requires different teams to approve parts of a request. In our old system, the higher-level managers in the operations team would be able to approve their part of the request in sequence along the workflow. Is there any way to do this in JIRA without making these managers agents?
