Is there a way to log/track the admin's actions?

Daniel Zarifi January 14, 2020

Hi All,

We have an on-premise Jira product in our company.

Our Jira admin is not part of my department.

As my Jira project holds classified data, I would like to track the entire activities in the project (such as, login, updates, moving between epics, stories, etc.)

My main challenge is to track "soft" actions such as moving between epics, stories, etc.

Is there any way to do so?

Can we config our Jira in a way that all of the above will be logged?

Many thanks,

Daniel.

Hi  Daniel,

All admin changes can be see in Jira->Jira settings->System->Audit Log

Regarding changes on a respective ticket you can find them going on the ticket and scrolling down and after this see the history.

Thanks for the answer @Cristian Ionescu
The audit log will show me the changes that are done by the admin which is good, but I need some additional information about actions that are not real action, such as  just pressing on an Epic/Story card without making any changes to the card...
Is this information logged?
I want to make sure that some users are not looking/reading the cards content.

Thanks,
Daniel.
