Some of our features as massive, they will require hundreds of hours of work, far too much for a single sprint. What i'd like to do is create a milestone called 'Diary' in that we would have many stories outlining smaller stories outlining each feature and sub-tasks outlining the exact work. The idea would be I can allocate 5 of these smaller stories to a sprint whilst still keeping the progress of the whole 'diary' milestone. Is there something like 'Milestones'? I've not been able to find them.
How I've seen a lot of organizations do sprints/milestones is to create a version per sprint etc and then archive (or delete) the version when it's not needed. The issues in your sprint will need to be set against the sprint and also the final version they are targeted against.
