Is there a way to give access to team members to future sprints but NOT the Active Sprint in Jira?

Problem Statement:

I want the product owner and other stake holders to be able to add items to Future Sprints. At the same time, I dont want them to be able to add tasks/stories etc in the current Active Sprint. I understand that by default items get added to the backlog, but I want the PO and the other stakeholders to be able to add items to a sprint or two in advance.

My company has the online version of Jira.

Hi Ankur,

There is a current Suggestion opened at JSWCLOUD-14633.  Please vote on JSWCLOUD-14633 and add your use case to the comments to add impact so we can hopefully get this permission set added to JIRA.
