Is there a way to get archived Projects in JIRA on Prem ?

I am trying to get a list of all the list of projects that have been archived in JIRA, is there any way to get it, we are using JIRA 8.4.1 and it is on prem

It depends if you archive it online or offline for Jira Server. Offline will be quite difficult since you will need to know where the archive XML backups are stored. For online, you would just look for all the the permission scheme that shared that archiving permission scheme.
