Is there a way to fetch the Portfolio Team field in an issue using Rest API?

I am using Portfolio For Jira and it has been configured for various Teams and this Team value is present in each issue.

I am trying to fetch the value for the Team field in an issue using Rest API and I get the value as below

"customfield_16501": "com.atlassian.jpo.team.data.DefaultTeam@10942446"

Is there a way to fetch the Team field value for an issue?

If you upgrade to 2.4.0 or above, you should get the team id properly, you can read more about that issue here: https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/JPOSERVER-1942
