Is there a way to export a whole JIRA instance and automatically hide sensitive/confidential info?

I'm wondering if an entire instance of JIRA can be exported with any sensitive company information removed.

The use-case that I'm thinking is a company exporting their instance of JIRA without any sensitive info so that a third-party can attempt to provide some configuration/setup/advice to fill a need for the company.

I work for a consulting company and if we could have our bench consultants do work in real configurations from clients without them seeing sensitive info, that would be very valuable. We would be able to prove to the companies that the consultants could provide the result they are looking for without ever having to be onboarded by the client.
