Is there a way to create a macro in JIRA to move issues created (pertaining to a specific component) from one project to another?

You can do a bulk edit and move multiple issues at once.

So follow these steps

  1. Search for this component on JQL window
  2. Click on tools-> Bulk edit
  3. Choose the third option to Move

Thank you but i was looking for a way to perform this move automatically/programmed I tried the post function script but even when the condition is met, the issue is not moved to the target project
