Is there a way to configure the User Workload Report in JIRA to display every user, not just one?

I would like to display the Workload Report for all users on our main dashboard, but it only allows me to select one user. Is multiple users possible, or do I have to browse the marketplace for another add-on that can accomplish this?

The User Workload report is designed to only show one user:

The 'User Workload' report displays useful time tracking information on issues assigned to a particular user. It shows the number of unresolved issues assigned to the specified user, and the workload remaining, on a per-project basis.

One option may be the Workload add-on for JIRA that can show the workloads of all users.

Finally, another option may be to develop your own gadget.  The Developing gadgets documenation will provide a lot more information in regards to accomplishing that.
