I just opened an account and started signing up for options, and needless to say I got a little too excited and pressed "go" too quick and our company name and URL are incorrect for the Atlassian site URL. Is there a way to fix this?

By default, the URL cannot be changed. The only thing you could do would be to create a new instance with the desired URL. If you have data in your current instance, perform a backup and restore that data into a new instance.
