Is there a way to change the Timestamp in JIRA(Columns) from MM/DD/YYYY to MM/DD/YYYY HH:MM:SS AMPM.

I have clients who want filtering columns such as "Last Updated" would like to see the time stamps as well. Is this possible in Jira Filters?

Is it okay for you if you change it globally and not just in the scope of the filters ?

If yes you can do it through the Date/Time Formats secton in the System->Look And Feel page - change the Day/Month/Year Format to MM/DD/YYYY HH:MM:SS AMPM.
