My situation is this: We're using Service desk and clients are putting in new issues. Those issues, if they require development get cloned and moved to a different project. When the development is complete and resolved, I would like some automated way to update the original service desk Jira, without having the Developer have to go into it and update it manually. Is there a way to do that?
