If it is yes, then how can we do that?
How the email IDs can be subscribed to those Dashboards?
I do not want it to be manual( taking screenshots and sending it manually via email).
I tried checking in different configuration settings but no luck. I got one clue of having it linked with the filters section, however i couldn't get the exact steps to do so.
Kindly help me out with this, if there is any other way of auto trigger emails for dashboards please post your answer.
I have a clarifying question - are you looking for the emails to have the dashboards embedded in them (screenshot or interactive), or are you looking for something like a list of issues found through the filters on the dashboards to be emailed to a list of users periodically?
There is a subscription service for filters, but not dashboards, as far as I know. There is probably a 3rd party tool that allows for that, however.
If you're looking to take a picture of the dashboards and send them via email, I would probably suggest using something like autohotkey, zapier, or if-this-then-that (IFTTT) - which can do that in a number of ways.
Someone else may have a creative answer for this problem, however.
Hi ODS_PMO,
filter subscriptions are indeed a perfect way like Chris already mentioned.
The screenshot would have the drawback nobody could click easily on an issue on the photo. With filter subscriptions an user can simply click on a link.
There has been a blog post some time ago that explains the subscriptions:

The more formal documentation comes here:

Cheers,
Daniel
