Is there a way to allow single sign on to service desk from a custom built application

We have created a Software as a service application that our customers use. We have a JIRA service desk and want to make it a option within a drop down in our application, but don't want them to have to login again. Is there a way for our customers to use service center for support tickets without having them to login? Thanks.

Due the restrictions of Cloud environment, I'm afraid the only way to have SSO is using Google apps to JIRA:
