Is there a way to adjust default landing page per group/team?

When I worked in a different company as a team member a few years back I recall that Jira landing page was set to a specific dashboard. Now I became a Jira administrator in another company and I'm struggling to find such functionality.

Is there a way to set a specific dashboard as a landing page for each team or role (for example QA testers)?

You can create dashboard and share it with a specific group but it won't be their default landing page until they visited this dashboard at least once

You can also define system dashboard which will be displayed for all logged in users but not per role

i tried recently Refined for JIRA plugin for server and it has the concept of one landing page with role restriction per section. i recommend you can give it a try
