Is there a way of putting on Jira reminders MANUALLY for all IT Ops regular functions. E.g. Cron Jobs, Checking subscriptions, Checking Credentials, Certificate and that kind of options?

Or you can have an additional plugin which would let you create a scheduled service. For example, Adaptivist Scriptrunner.
