Is there a way for tickets to be created automatically in JIRA via email.
CURRENT CONDITION: Currently, our clients send us an email and then someone has to take the time to create the ticket in JIRA.
REQUEST: It would be great if a way could be found so that once a clients submitS a ticket via email for JIRA to create the ticket automatically
