Is there a report that includes stories and comments?

During QA some bugs were added as comments instead of bugs. All documentation has been requested; is there a report that prints out all stories and comments so this information can be provided?

I don't think there is a built in report to Jira that shows this.  But you could probably use the Issue navigator just to pull all this information up with a JQL query such as

project=ABC and issuetype=Story

That would return all the issues of type story in the project ABC.

From that point, you could then just export those returned issues to a CSV export (if on Jira 7.2.x or higher).  I believe that the CSV export does natively include all the comments on issues.
