Is there a quick way to add a screenshot/attachment to a test case during testing?

Very hard to answer when we don't know how you use JIRA here and your process. Without even knowing anything, try to look at JIRA Capture smile

Sounds like JIRA Capture is an add-on, correct? Currently our process is that we ask our testers to take a screenshot to show results in a test case. They may attach it at the step or header letter. Currently, in the way we understand uploading screenshots the tester must capture, save, name and then import the screenshot. We are looking for a faster way for testers to drag and drop or somehow get the screenshot on the test case without having to save it first on their computer. Thank you.

Yes, JIRA Capture will help you automate all of that. Watch a demo or take the free trial!
