Is there a procedure, scripts, plugin, etc. available to help migrate existing records from SourceGear Vault into JIRA?

I need to export an existing defect tracking database from SourceGear Vault into JIRA. I can do it manually but it'll take a significant amount of time. If anyone has any experience in this area I'd appreciate any advice.

JIRA can import from CSV files if you can export SourceGear Vault to CSV

That's the path I've been taking but Vault's export capacity isn't very good. I'll continue down that path unless someone can point me at another less time-consuming approach. Thanks.
