My requirement is to allow JIRA issues to get generated from multiple Channels CHATBOT , Social Media , Company Website . Is this possible with any recommended plugin ?
You would use a combination of tools. Company Website could use something like https://confluence.atlassian.com/adminjiraserver/using-the-issue-collector-938847338.html
For chatbot you can use the API, for social media you can likely push those to email and then have Jira ingest those emails.
