I think you've done a tremendous job creating a full suite of development tools to help teams organize, track and deploy software. However, there are such gigantic user experience problems with the basic design of Jira that I feel like I really need to get some answers from the support team. We use Jira for bug tracking and it is next to impossible to use efficiently because basic things like search are convoluted, expert-biased interactions.
I am considering suggesting another tool but I wanted to at least attempt a dialogue with the Jira team before doing so
