Is there a JIRA plugin that can help us analyze our re-work? We are a software implementation company trying to view re-work areas of weakness.

Hi Jobin,

Thank you for the above. Iis there a gadget or plugin that will allow me to view all tickets that were 're-opened' through workflow? Even if they are not currently in the 're-opened' status?

Thanks you,

You can use out of the box JQL to search for old statuses. status WAS IN ("Reopened") DURING ("date1","date2") https://confluence.atlassian.com/display/JIRA/Advanced+Searching

Depends on what you mean by re-work. As long as you capture that in JIRA, you can. The most obvious way to do that is by using the workflows. For example, you can re-open the issue or use another workflow operation to show rework on a particular issue.

Once that is done, you can then report on the specific workflow status. For example, find out all issues assigned to 'X' and reopened in the last quarter.
