Is the GitHub option in the JIRA Importer Wizard no longer available?

I want to migrate a GitHub repo's issues to a new Cloud JIRA project, however, going to the JIRA Import Wizard (External System Import), I only have the CSV, Trello, JSON, and "None of these" options. Has the GitHub importer option been removed?

I have migrated other GitHub repos in the past. The JIRA import wizard is version 1.30.

The GitHub importer is indeed gone.  Take a look at Importing data from Github:

The Github importer is no longer supported by Atlassian, but you can still import data with a CSV file...
