Is the Auto Transition Listener available in AOD ?

I've enabled the JIRA Toolkit Plugin - but don't seem to get the "Listener" option described in this article :

Am wondering whether this is disabled in AOD ?

My end goal is to auto transition issues once they reach a certain # of votes ie

Created -> Supported (10 votes) -> Selected (20 votes)

Is there another way to achieve this if the listener is a no-go ?

Victoria, currently this is possible to achieve. As per the Restricted Functions in Atlassian OnDemand, configure Listeners is not allowed. There is also an Improvement created at jira.atlassian.com requesting to allow the use of Listeners in a future version of OnDemand:
