Is jira down despite the status page claiming it is up?

It seems that a lot of the ondemand items are down for a while already with the status page only just now reporting that support is down.

Normally you would ask this in support but that is down... and they have no phone support.

The entire office cannot log into Jira.  I can get into Confluence.  What's wrong?

In my case it was my ondemand installation that had issues, support fixed it and then it worked again. It seems sometimes the ondemand installation gets corrupted or something and creates these issues.
