Is it required application restart ????

Hi All,

We are planning to do some changes in application.properties and jira-config.properties files,

Once done the changes it requires application restart???? Please update me on this asap.

I'm afraid so, it's right there in the documentation in black & white. I'd prefer it wasn't the case but you'll have to do it our of hours (or agree a downtime with yoru user base)
