Is it possible to view a Service Desk customer portal as a particular customer?

Hello Kyle,

No, but you can create a test customer and log in using his credentials. In case if you want to troubleshooting any specific feature from a customer request, I'd advice you to contact this customer asking for a few screenshots and run a JQL search in order to filter just issues from this specific customer and check if it will match (Just an example).
