I see that starting from version 8.x the Jira Sserver/Data Center already supports Oauth 2.0:
https://confluence.atlassian.com/adminjiraserver/jira-oauth-2-0-provider-api-1115659070.html
But as for impersonation, I could find information for Jira Cloud only:
https://developer.atlassian.com/cloud/confluence/user-impersonation-for-connect-apps/
Is this possible for Jira Server without using third-party addons?
@Artem Avramenko This is all I was able to find https://confluence.atlassian.com/kb/details-of-2-legged-oauth-2lo-with-impersonation-857064486.html
I would suggest submitting a support issue and asking Atlassian directly.
