I've seen multiple discussions regarding this topic, but nothing conclusive to what I am looking for.
My team is looking to track the amount of tickets that get "Reopened" or fixes that come back as "Fix Failed". The two states kind of go hand in hand.
Regardless, none of the reports Jira provides tracks this kind of thing. In addition, tickets that get reopened usually don't stay in that status forever. Is there a way to still track tickets that transitioned in this particular way?

With the help of below JQL you will be able to get the issues that are reopened during this month for project ABC and please modify the same according to your requirement.
status changed TO Reopened AFTER startOfMonth() AND project = ABC
